Covid 19 Policy
These have been very difficult times for everyone and we would like to extend our sympathies to all of those who have been affected in one way or another by Covid-19. Here at O'Neills cleanliness and the quality of our housekeeping has always been the upmost priority and we would like to assure our guests that this will continue into the future. Due to the current climate that we live in we must implement some new practices and make some changes to give our guests the confidence that we are doing our best to keep everyone safe from the dangers of Covid-19.
The following or some of the new processes and changes that we have put in place to ensure that you have a safe stay with us.
- Hand sanitizer stations have been set up at the entrances and exits of our house
- Upon check in we will not shake your hand or hug you, but you will always receive warm smile and welcome at O'Neills
- Extra cleaning of all public area and spaces will be carried out daily.
- We will have a reservation procedure in place for breakfast to insure social distancing . This is an essential requirement and can be dealt with upon booking or during check in. As a result of government guidelines we will not be providing a breakfast buffet, all breakfast will be served by offering table service only.
- We will be giving our guests the option of having their room cleaned or not. Fresh towels, clean bins, extra toiletries and fresh water will all be provided at request. All decorative items such as cushions, bed throws, extra pillows and guest information booklets have been removed from our bedrooms.
- Signage will be in place throughout our house to remind people to social distance and to continue to practice good hand hygiene.
We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and we are in constant contact with the Irish Tourism board and Failté Ireland to insure the safety of our guests. We look forward to welcoming some new and old faces back to O'Neills and to working together to insure that we all stay safe.
